i am beyond looking forwards to the weekend.
so much is on top of me right now, and even though im coping with that, small things like never seeing my partner, or my daughter stepping on glass at the beach are enough to make me want to just cry and stomp my feet.

i miss my friends who live far away, i miss my brother who no longer talks to anyone in our family ( thanks evil soon to be wife)

its the full moon. makes me emotional..

some stuff i was working on today

trust?

i cant explain the hurt, anger and upset when someone ive trusted since grade 3 has ripped off my work. a set of photos for a client, shared in confidence, then reproduced and copied overnight and claimed as their own...a blog with a near replica of my blog name... and then an apolgy saying 'they had no idea it would upset me this much'... not to mention the 3 emails sent last night, asking for info on lenses, what aperture i prefer, where and who i sell to... i see now, tonight , was just fishing for information.

i cant help but feel used. i put a shit load of effort into my photography. its not easy. somedays i end up with a migraine and feeling ill because i have spent so much time in front of a camera and a computer...

to have that taken away makes me reasonably angry.

originality is a by product of sincerity... said blog even had 3 dots after its name like mine, it had the words life, is , like.... and 1 other random word...

mens socks= comfy.... holeproof have finally brought out the explorer range( not to be confused with the massively failing ford explorer..exploder) , in womens... yay!... Mr L gets lovingly annoyed that i pinch his socks... so now i have my own, even in man blue :)

these are going to be adorning my feet all the time.. i hate cold feet... i love winter, hate cold feet.


well im off to bed, i had meetings until 11am then worked till 6.30 pm, im tired and want to just pull my doona up and snuggle. im happy to say goodnight to the computer screen... sleep well world

behold the greatness of rhubarb my friends....

i love food. i love to cook. i make it all from scratch (besides take away nights)... i love fresh food and produce, i love feeding my family and friends...

tonight i used up the rhubarb in the fridge, it was $2 for a massive bunch from the markets. some left over apples that need to be used and i had gluten free oats ( thank jesus, allah or whoever for gluten free oats)

apples x4 , rhubarb x 1 massive bunch, oats x 1 cup, sugar ( truck load) 2 TBSP fresh grated ginger, almonds x half a packet, pinch of cinnamon , gluten free flour... boil down rhubarb,apples and ginger in a pot for 15 ins ish... mix dry stuff with some butter , crumble with fingertips, pour wet stuff into ceramic dish, top it with flour stuff, sprinkle with cinnamon and alomnds, bake 15 mins on 200 .... viola...
