behold the greatness of rhubarb my friends....

i love food. i love to cook. i make it all from scratch (besides take away nights)... i love fresh food and produce, i love feeding my family and friends...

tonight i used up the rhubarb in the fridge, it was $2 for a massive bunch from the markets. some left over apples that need to be used and i had gluten free oats ( thank jesus, allah or whoever for gluten free oats)

apples x4 , rhubarb x 1 massive bunch, oats x 1 cup, sugar ( truck load) 2 TBSP fresh grated ginger, almonds x half a packet, pinch of cinnamon , gluten free flour... boil down rhubarb,apples and ginger in a pot for 15 ins ish... mix dry stuff with some butter , crumble with fingertips, pour wet stuff into ceramic dish, top it with flour stuff, sprinkle with cinnamon and alomnds, bake 15 mins on 200 .... viola...
