Well not alot been happening in this household lately..

a bit of cooking a bit of shopping.. and little miss being a diva, as she does.

i made chilli con carne, the gluten free way, which is from scratch, no packet thingos.
mince 500 grms, tinned beans, tinned toms x 2 , onion chopped x 2 , garlic as much as you want, 1 red capsicum chopped, fry it all off, add some gluten free flour, i use white wings ... prob just a tablespoon or so to thicken then add some cayenne pepper and some red chilli powder, prob about a heaped tablespoon .. serve this with steamed rice , grated cheese and sour cream. youll need the sour cream.

the kids version is the same just omit the cayenne pepper and the chilli. i served theirs like this.
